Ever try looking online? It's almost as plentiful and cheap as .45 ACP. AK ammo can be had as cheap as $4.59 for a 20 pack (.223 is about a dollar more per 20 pack). Oh and I almost forgot to review the S&B ammo - it's great. It feeds reliably and leaves no lacquer behind like the wolf ammo does. It would be suitable for hogs or smaller whitetail deer (like the type found in Texas, but probably too weak for the whitetails you find up north).

Where has all the AK-47 AND .223 ammo gone?
I can't find any anyplace except stuff that is priced so high it is beyond belief.
I ust bought the last case of "fedral brand" 7.62X39 ammo from a class 3 dealer in Utah.
Take a wild guess how much it cost me.
Try $526.00 for 1000 rd. -- I bought it anyway that's all there was.
