Answer: FYI = All caps is lame ..
What are you asking?
Yes you should ALWAYS shoot ONLY the ammo made for your gun
That said there are replacement barrels (and slides) made to convert Glocks into other calibers. For example to change a Glock 23 .40 into a 9mm (using a different barrel) or a Glock 22 .40 into a .22lr (using a different slide) |

| I think maybe he means a reloaded shell if not factory crimped he'll have problems. But you full size pistol rounds anyways for proper specs. Glock says not shoot reloads, I have from a model 21. With the advice from a friend who reloaded for his. He blew the mag out till he used a factory crimp die From: Guest |

I doubt he knows what factory crimped even means. he means small caliber round in larger caliber bore.
on my range, a couple of female customers complained the glock 26 wasn't extracting or ejecting, though the slide cycled. turns out they mixed up a 40 cal gun with 9mm ammo. i only figured this out after shooting 2 rounds to discover ruptured cases that flopped to the ground.
