Question:  ok i have a air rifle (crosman 1000x .177 cal.) im looking down the sites line up and shot 25 yards i got the up and down. right. But im fireing to the left about 1 inch. so ive moved the windge to the left and it still hit in the same spot so i moved the widge to the right and still hit to the left about an inch. so i set back every thing to the middle and aimed an inch to the right and it's right on.. is it me or i'am i doing someting wrong

Answer:  Well it sounds like you did a good job of running through the options..

First try letting someone else try it out. Do they also hit an inch left?

You might contact the manufacturer, they may just send you a new one to replace that one

Next take a closer look at the sights, are they tight? are the rest of the rifle's parts tight?

The weird part is when you adjusted the sight, nothing happened to the point of impact.. that makes me think the sights are broke, off, etc
