DDR Type 2 Bayonets and Frogs

Question: I just saw Kerrys repro Frog page and it is amazing! I will definately buy a DDR Type 2 repro frog if you have them in stock again.
Here's my question: I have a DDR Type 2 Bayonet supposedly NOS sealed in plastic. Any idea in what years this model was produced? (A yellowed piece of paper in the package says "Seitengewehr, v. 47010000" [80])

Answer: THere are a lot of German AK47 bayonets still in plastic, but not so many that I remove them. I leave them in the plastic, since I feel that is more collectable
it's probably a type two bayo, but there are also AKM bayonets that way too, use the website as a guide |
