I've got rifles built on these They are strong, and are easy to build on.
Manufacturer Description:
X & Y axis marked
All trunion holes pre-drilled or Not Drilled (shown)
Step down top rail
Authentic Russian type lower rails
All manufacturer info listed on the bottom
Made of 1050 spring steel
Heat treated to a 40 Rockwell Hardness
FFL Required

   how is the receiver licensed to me? if i buy one or cut one from a blank. do i have to have an ffl license to buy or drill and cut one, and if not how do i registir it. im sure you should know this so please help me

  I would buy more of these for the price & ease of assembly
Pros:
  All the holes were correct, dimples look OK, hardened all over, not just around the holes
Cons:
  Had to trim the rails a bit
